Raw material preparation and pretreatment

Vacuum melting

Process introduction: The raw materials after pretreatment and weighing are loaded into a vacuum melting furnace, smelted at high temperature under the protection of gas, melted to form alloy liquid, and made into crystallized alloy metal sheets with an average thickness of about 0.2~0.4mm on the rotating copper roller through the gate.

Hydrogen crushing

Process introduction: The hydrogen crushing (HD) process uses the hydrogen absorption characteristics of dilute intermetallic compounds to place the alloy metal sheet produced in the previous process in a hydrogen environment, and the hydrogen enters the alloy along the Fuchin phase thin layer, so that it expands, bursts and crushes to form a metal powder less than 0.5mm.

Profiling

Process introduction: The main purpose of profiling is to unpress the powder into a certain shape and size, while maintaining the grain orientation obtained in the magnetic field orientation as much as possible. According to different customer requirements, the powder can be pressed into squares, cylinders, and various special-shaped products in the mold. Then through the isostatic pressing equipment, the pressing density is increased.

Sinter

Machining

Surface treatment (electroplating)

Process introduction: The electroplated product itself is not magnetic, and it needs to be magnetized in the magnetizer to be magnetic, and the magnetism is close to permanent magnet at room temperature, but there will be a certain magnetic attenuation at a certain high temperature.
